Mission Control is a tool that I use every day on my Mac to quickly locate open app windows. In my opinion, though, finding a specific window in the Mission Control view can be a challenge if you have many app windows open at once.
The good news is that it’s easy to group like applications while using Mission Control. More importantly, enabling grouping places the relevant app icon near groups and single windows. Having an app icon displayed makes it even easier to identify a particular app window while using Mission Control.

How to enable Mission Control window grouping
Step 1: Open System Preferences → Mission Control.
Step 2: Click the check box next to Group windows by application.
Step 3: Invoke Mission Control.

With grouping enabled, not only are app windows grouped together, but each window now features an app icon for quick identification. Not everyone will appreciate having grouped windows in Mission Control, but I largely prefer it to using non-grouped windows. Contacts User Guide
Create a new email message addressed to a group, right from Contacts.
In the Contacts app on your Mac, do either of the following:
Control-click a group in the sidebar, then choose Send Email. /format-wd-my-passport-for-mac-mojave.html.
A new email opens in the Mail app, addressed to the group.
Drag a group from the sidebar to an address field in an email you’re writing.
In your email, either the group name or individual contact names are shown, depending on how Composing preferences are set in Mail.
If the group is shown in your email but you want to see the contacts instead, click the arrow next to the group name, then choose Expand Group.
Tip: When you’re addressing an email, you can see all the available addresses for a contact by clicking the arrow next to their name. To email the contact using more than one of their addresses, copy and paste their name, click the arrow, then choose another address.
If anyone in the group has multiple email addresses, you can select a default address to use whenever you email the group.
